Job summary

Kestra Holdings in Austin, TX seeks a Platform Operations Specialist to support Bluespring Wealth Partners with operational initiatives, onboarding activities, process execution and platform adoption. This role collaborates with internal teams and partner firms to ensure a consistent operational experience during growth and integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with relevant operations exposure.
• 1–3 years in operations, project coordination, client service, or related field.
• Familiarity with fintech/CRM systems such as Redtail, Salesforce, Black Diamond, Orion or similar.
• Experience with project management tools or workflow platforms preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational initiatives across Bluespring firms.
• Assist with execution of operational projects and process improvements.
• Track and follow up on operational requests, issues, and action items.
• Maintain operational documentation, procedures, and knowledge resources.
• Coordinate with shared services teams to support timely issue resolution.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and status updates.
• Maintain operational trackers and reporting tools.
• Support data collection, validation, and reporting activities.
• Assist with testing and validation of operational processes and technology enhancements.
• Escalate issues and risks identified during day-to-day operations.
• Support partner firms in understanding and utilizing approved platform tools.
• Help develop training materials, guides, and resource documentation.
• Gather feedback from firms and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
• Promote consistent use of operational best practices.
