Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of integration methodologies and full cycle project management frameworks.
• Strong executive presence and ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Partners with integration leadership to develop and support complex integration plans throughout the lifecycle.
• Oversees ongoing management and maintenance of plans, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Drives execution focused on deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborates with executives to realize financial and non-financial value creation opportunities.
• Captures key value metrics and performance data for reporting in integration software.
• Builds strong relationships with executive leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Monitors health of integration plans, identifies and mitigates risks and issues.
• Acts as subject matter expert in integration lifecycle methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Independently manages high-touch initiatives and special projects with accountability.
• Leads cross-departmental initiatives and champions process improvements.
