Job summary

TIAA in Frisco, Texas seeks a Senior Integrated Solutions Manager to engage the Investment & Advisory Center (IAC) Consultants and leaders, maximizing client success through CEM excellence and product integration. You will coach IAC on product positioning and drive solutions adoption across the team.

Education requirements include a university degree and FINRA registrations, with 5+ years in institutional retirement or related fields.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in institutional retirement, financial services, relationship management, client consulting, institutional sales, or business development
• Series 7 is required at the time of application
• Preferred: 7+ years of institutional retirement, relationship management, sales, consulting, or client-facing leadership experience
• Series 66 or a combination of series 63 & 65 is required within 120 days from start date
• Demonstrated experience managing institutional client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor to plan sponsors, consultants, and organizational decision-makers
• Experience leading finalist presentations that resulted in new client acquisition, asset growth, or client retention
• Experience supporting RFPs, RFIs, due diligence requests, and complex proposal processes.
• Exceptional presentation, facilitation, communication, and executive influence skills
• Ability to travel approximately 20%

Responsibilities

• Educating and coaching assigned IAC teams around core products positioned through our Client Engagement Model (CEM).
• Owns assigned IAC team's solutions forecast with the scorecard tied to asset growth forecasts and solution adoption within assigned team.
• Engages in case preparation, client meetings, PODs, strategy calls, and education around core products (managed accounts, Insurance, lifetime income, banking, etc.) to ensure the right client solutions emerge through the CEM.
• Responsible for strategy and engagement to achieve results by partnering with the IAC leadership and relevant partners across the enterprise.
