TIAA is seeking an Advice Relationship Manager to drive the strategic direction of the Advice methodology and build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and partners. You will guide regulatory-aligned product development and coordinate across product management, governance, and enablement teams.

The role emphasizes expertise in financial planning, ERISA regulations, and agile delivery within financial services, with a focus on shaping enterprise advice strategy and market position.

Formación

• 8+ years experience in financial services with focus on the financial tech space, within advice and financial planning applications
• CFP strongly preferred; CFA or other financial planning designations helpful
• Previous experience working with retirement platforms such as Morningstar, Edelman Financial Engines, Guided Choice
• Familiarity with the ERISA and investment advisory regulations
• Demonstrated success in relationship building with internal and external stakeholders
• Previous experience working in an agile development framework

Responsabilidades

• Own and cultivate senior-level relationships with business stakeholders and execution partners
• Advise senior internal and external stakeholders, guiding strategic discussions
• Serve as subject-matter authority for foundational Advice and Financial planning methodologies
• Anticipate and address long-term needs of senior stakeholders
• Translate competitive dynamics into inputs for the Advice methodology and product roadmap
• Direct and align UX, CX, Marketing, and IT Development teams to a unified strategy
