Qualifications

• 3-5 years of technical program management expertise in related field.
• 3+ years delivering technology solutions in the life & annuity (L&A) insurance industry (required).
• 3+ years experience with administration platforms including but limited to Verisk FAST and Hexure FireLight/Foresight.
• Familiarity with L&A insurance-related regulatory and business concepts.

Responsibilities

• Initiative management: Overseeing the full SDLC for initiatives that support John Hancock Insurance priorities across policyholder, producer, and operations journeys.
• Initiative Delivery: Responsible for all aspects of technology delivery including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and post-initiative evaluation.
• Cross-functional leadership: Aligning product architecture and IT service areas to deliver services.
• Technical risk management: Identifying and mitigating technical risks that could impact project success.
• Value Creation: Aligning technology components with business milestones, scope, and delivery.
