The role requires leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with multiple workstreams, stakeholders, vendors, and onshore/offshore teams to deliver on scope, schedule, quality and business objectives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on technology project/program management experience.
• Insurance domain experience is required.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, processes, and operations.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional technology initiatives and multiple workstreams.
• Experience managing onshore/offshore teams and third-party vendors.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, including RAID Management, Risk & Issue Management, Action/Decision Logs, Dependency Management, Status Reporting, and Executive/Leadership Reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and deliver with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of technology projects and programs within the insurance domain.
• Manage multiple workstreams, including scope, schedules, dependencies, risks, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with business, technology, product, operations, and vendor teams.
• Manage project governance, including RAID logs, action/decision logs, dependencies, status reporting, and escalations.
• Coordinate onshore/offshore and cross-functional teams.
• Prepare leadership-ready status reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive communications.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder reviews, steering committees, and governance sessions.
• Ensure deliverables meet business objectives, quality standards, and timelines.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining accountability for project outcomes.
