Job summary

TMNA Services LLC in the Philadelphia metro area is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead architecture across multiple platforms and ensure alignment with business and IT objectives. You will model business processes, develop strategic roadmaps, and produce architecture artifacts to support solutions.

The role requires 8–10 years in solution architecture, deep insurance domain knowledge, and experience with SDLC standards, Agile/Scrum, and integration patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in software, data, or solution architecture.
• Strong communication and leadership across IT and business stakeholders.
• Insurance industry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions in a specific technology area and align with business/IT goals.
• Develop strategic roadmaps to support business strategies and IT partnerships.
• Design and communicate the organization’s technology architecture and integration components.
