Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 7 years of related technical and strategic experience is required.
• Experience aligning technology solutions with business objectives in insurance/financial services is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and support KPIs/OKRs to measure domain success from a technology perspective.
• Develop technology roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategy including modernization and debt reduction.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to uncover challenges and co-design solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date architectural documentation and ensure security/compliance.
