Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related engineering discipline; MIS or related technical discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in software, data & information systems, or solution architecture.
• 5+ years of solution design and development in a specific technology area; insurance domain experience preferred.
• Ability to present IT solutions to business and IT management and knowledge of insurance concepts.

Responsibilities

• Architect solutions in a specific technology area and align with business and IT goals.
• Develop strategic roadmaps to support business strategies and IT partnerships.
• Define architecture and applications integration needed to support the organization.
• Collaborate with management to determine business requirements and assess new tech viability.
• Create architecture views and diagrams; work with vendors to review designs for TMNAS standards.
• Lead and mentor teams across architecture disciplines and manage technical debt.
