Qualifications

• 7 years of relevant experience in product management or related field in insurance.
• Experience working with Ancillary Products (e.g. Dental, Vision) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct all phases of insurance product-related projects with regulatory compliance.
• Support product managers in developing roadmaps and launch plans for insurance products.
• Coordinate regulatory compliance, operations, marketing, and cross-functional processes across the organization.
• Lead market and competitor analyses to provide strategic insights.
• Oversee end-to-end product design and administration from inception to market implementation.
