Job summary

The individual in this role will be responsible for managing and executing key components of the new business and renewal processes for insurance accounts. This includes overseeing timelines, conducting exposure analysis, preparing quote specifications, negotiating coverage terms, and presenting comprehensive proposals to clients.

The role requires close collaboration with Client Advisors, Account Service Teams, and carrier partners to ensure high-quality service delivery and seamless

Qualifications

• 3-5 years insurance experience with middle to large market placements.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• License to practice insurance required; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage timelines and processes for new business and renewals.
• Analyze exposure, prepare quotes, and negotiate coverage terms.
• Present comprehensive proposals to clients and collaborate with teams.
• Prepare submissions using agency systems and supporting documents.
• Analyze client data and develop loss/financial models when needed.
• Maintain carrier relationships and comply with licensing.
