Job summary

Sterling Seacrest Pritchard, Inc. seeks an entry-level Client Service Assistant to support our Client Service Associates, Executives and Producers. You will perform service and marketing tasks while maintaining current knowledge of insurance products and coverages.

You will handle new and renewal accounts, accounting tasks, pre-renewal prep, and ongoing service activities, with opportunities to learn and grow within a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Input prospects, clients, and ACORDs into the agency system.
• Set up client reporting forms, timetables, and follow-ups.
• Issue new/renewal packets, certificates, and ID cards.
• Assist marketing for renewal proposals and campaigns.
• Create and send workers' comp claim kits after policy start.
• Provide quotes via carrier rating portals upon request.
• Enter transactions and track payments or refunds.
• Collect funds and documents for client accounts.
• Obtain surplus lines documents for insureds.
• Report discrepancies to account servicer and correct.
• Gather renewal docs and prep annual summaries.
• Access loss data and use Loss Runs for summaries.
• Review experience mods and propose options.
• Process client change requests and policy-year needs.
• Receive and file all insured claims; liaise with parties.
• Manage carrier cancellations and policy audits.
• Support team with clerical tasks.
• Collaborate with Training to shadow and teach others.
• Pursue Property & Casualty Agent License within 3 months.
