Job summary

Capital Insurance Group seeks a Customer Manager to own and steward customer relationships within an assigned industry Practice. You will align insurance products, risk management services, and technology solutions to deliver coordinated, comprehensive customer outcomes.

This role develops deep domain expertise, collaborates across departments, and represents the voice of the customer to guide strategic decisions and service capabilities at CIG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• CPCU/ARM/CIC/CRM or equivalent designation preferred.
• 7+ years of experience in P&C insurance (underwriting, product management, customer relationship management, risk management, or related).
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic customer relationships.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and steward customer relationships within the assigned industry Practice.
• Coordinate insurance products, risk management services, loss control resources, claims insights, and tech solutions to meet customer needs.
• Ensure strategic decisions, product offerings, and service capabilities align with customer expectations and market needs.
• Serve as the voice of the customer across the organization.
