Job summary

Gallagher is seeking a Marketing Executive to join our commercial lines team as a Broker Placement Specialist in Boston. You will shape growth by marketing placements, developing innovative products, and building strong insurer relationships while assisting producers in winning new business.

You will collaborate with our claims team to advocate for clients during settlements and advance your insurance expertise in a dynamic, diverse environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience required.
• Insurance licensing required.
• Professional designation such as CPCU, CIC or ARM preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of broking experience in the marketplace.
• Existing, successful relationships with a number of insurers.
• License essential to provincial licensing jurisdictions and CE hours management.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans for placing business with insurers.
• Market key placements and build strong insurer relationships.
• Support producers in securing new business and collaborate with claims team.
• Advocate for clients during claims settlements and drive continuous learning.
