Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required).
• Insurance or business experience is a plus, not required.
• Must obtain Property & Casualty License within 60 days (we will support you).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for client service and support.
• Advise clients on policy details and coverage questions.
• Review contracts and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Support renewal strategy, marketing, and carrier negotiations.
• Analyze loss data, exposures, and trends to provide strategic insight.
• Manage policy changes, endorsements, and certificates of insurance.
• Oversee billing, invoicing, and account accuracy.
• Coordinate with Account Executives and internal team members to deliver a high-level client experience.
• Help onboard new clients and ensure smooth implementation of their insurance programs.
