University of Cincinnati is seeking a data analyst to collect, design, and analyze institutional data from internal and external sources. You will support operational planning and decision-making through dashboards, reports, and targeted analyses.

The role involves state and federal reporting, development of data narratives, and responding to ad hoc data requests. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least one year of data analysis experience are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in a field involving statistical analysis, scientific method, or survey research.
• Five years of relevant work experience or equivalent training can substitute for education.
• One year of data analysis experience with large datasets and experience generating reports.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze qualitative and quantitative data and summarize findings, trends, and insights to support planning and decision-making.
• Assist with reporting to state and federal governments and accrediting bodies (IPEDS, HEI, AAUP, NCAA, US News).
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analyses to support institutional decision making and outcomes assessment.
• Prepare reports for non-technical audiences with narratives, tables, and graphs.
• Respond to ad hoc data requests with data gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Assist in surveys and assessment activities to support strategic initiatives and continuous improvement.
• Other duties as assigned.
