Planned Parenthood Western Pennsylvania is seeking a Manager of Institutional Giving to lead the grant lifecycle, including researching, writing, managing, tracking, and reporting for institutional funding sources. The role partners across the organization to build compelling proposals, strengthen relationships with foundations and government funders, ensure compliance, and advance PPWP's mission.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience writing foundation, government and other public funding proposals and reports in a nonprofit environment.
• Proven success securing foundation and/or government funding.
• Demonstrated ability cultivating and managing relationships with institutional donors.
• Experience developing grant budgets, reporting and managing complex funding requirements.
• Experience managing Federal, State and governmental grants is highly desired; health and human services funding preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to increase funding from foundations, corporations, and government sources.
• Write and submit grant proposals, LOIs, concept papers, and reports.
• Manage grant timelines, compliance, budgets, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with program and finance teams to gather outcomes and financial data.
