Job summary

MetLife’s Retirement & Income Solutions team seeks a Client Executive to deliver high-quality service, administration, implementation support, and relationship management for institutional life insurance programs across the United States. You will partner with tax, legal, actuarial, investment, operations, and technology teams to support complex benefit-funding programs and client experiences.

Location is hybrid with a minimum of 3 days in office.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 6 license is required.
• 2-3 years of experience in life insurance or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration for institutional life insurance cases.
• Provide proactive relationship support for clients, brokers, and consultants.
• Coordinate new case implementation and reporting in cross-functional teams.
• Develop communications, reporting, and issue-resolution plans.
