  • Coordinate new case implementation, policy administration, reporting setup, and ongoing service activity in partnership with tax, legal, actuarial, investments, operations, and technology teams.
  • Develop client and broker communications, reporting support, and issue‑resolution plans while identifying opportunities to simplify processes and improve the overall service experience.
Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in life insurance, financial services, retirement services, employee benefits, or a related client service/operations environment.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build effective relationships with clients, brokers, and internal business partners.
  • Self‑motivated and digitally curious, with the ability to apply AI in high‑value scenarios to improve effectiveness, quality, and business impact while combining AI capabilities with business knowledge and subject‑matter expertise.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Life insurance experience or knowledge, preferably with corporate‑owned, bank‑owned, insurance‑company‑owned, or nonqualified executive benefit plan administration for institutional clients.
  • Exposure to institutional asset administration, reporting, or investment‑related servicing, including separate accounts and underlying investment options or structures such as Stable Value, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, or similar programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel for reporting and data review, and familiarity with SharePoint, Salesforce, or similar client‑service platforms.
