The Client Executive is responsible for delivering high‑quality service, administration, implementation support, and relationship management for MetLife's institutional corporate‑owned, bank‑owned, and insurance company‑owned life insurance programs across the United States. Guided by our purpose, always with you, building a more confident future, and our New Frontier strategy focused on stronger growth, attractive returns, and all‑weather performance, this is an exciting opportunity to serve as the primary point of contact for sophisticated institutional clients, brokers, and consultants. You will partner with tax, legal, actuarial, investment, operations, and technology professionals to support complex benefit‑funding programs, deliver exceptional client experiences, and help retain and grow institutional assets. Your work will contribute directly to the continued success of MetLife’s Specialized Benefit Resources business and the financial security solutions we provide to our customers.
Location Expectation: This is a hybrid role requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in office.
The expected salary range for this position is $74,500 - $95,000. This role may also be eligible for annual short‑term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
