Job summary

MetLife’s Retirement & Income Solutions team is hiring a Client Executive to deliver high-quality service and relationship management for institutional life insurance programs across the United States. You will work with tax, legal, actuarial, investments, operations, and technology to support complex benefit-funding programs and retain assets.

Qualifications

• FINRA Series 6 license required.
• 2-3 years in life insurance/financial services/retirement services or related client service environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, brokers, and partners.
• Self-motivated and digitally curious, with ability to apply AI to high-value scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end administration and servicing for institutional life insurance cases.
• Provide proactive case management and relationship support for institutional clients, brokers, and consultants.
• Coordinate new case implementation, policy administration, reporting setup, and ongoing service activity with cross-functional teams.
• Develop client and broker communications, reporting support, and issue-resolution plans.
