Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Orthopaedics division seeks a Senior Manager, Joints Strategic Insights to lead data and analytics capabilities across Joint Reconstruction. You will partner with commercial, technology, and functional leaders to enable standardized insights and scalable performance management.

You will translate complex data into executive-level communications, advance data governance, and drive predictive analytics while aligning with Credo and leadership imperatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Analytics preferred.
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, or related finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of data and analytics strategies to support Joint Reconstruction business performance, commercial execution, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage data, analytics, and insights to drive business outcomes and strategic priorities.
• Establish and standardize data models, reporting frameworks, and dashboards to enable consistent, scalable performance management.
• Drive advanced analytics capabilities, including predictive and prescriptive analytics, to enhance decision-making.
• Oversee data governance practices, including data quality, definitions, and stewardship, across systems and processes.
