Job summary

Johnson & Johnson’s Orthopaedics division seeks a Senior Manager, Joints Strategic Insights to lead data and analytics strategies for Joint Reconstruction across multiple US locations. You will partner with commercial, technology, and leadership teams to enable scalable, insight-driven decision making.

The role emphasizes governance, standardized reporting, and the development of advanced analytics to support growth and operational excellence, with up to 10% travel and CPA/CMA certifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree in Finance or Analytics (preferred).
• 6–8 years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, or related finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of data and analytics strategies to support Joint Reconstruction business performance, commercial execution, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage data, analytics, and insights to drive business outcomes and strategic priorities.
• Establish and standardize data models, reporting frameworks, and dashboards to enable consistent, scalable, and transparent performance management.
• Drive the development and adoption of advanced analytics capabilities, including predictive and prescriptive analytics, to enhance decision-making.
• Oversee data governance practices, including data quality, definitions, and stewardship, to ensure integrity and consistency across systems and processes.
• Enable integration and alignment of data across commercial functions, systems, and geographies to support a cohesive view of Joint Reconstruction performance, customer opportunities, and growth priorities.
• Lead initiatives to modernize data architecture, tools, and platforms, improving accessibility, automation, and usability of data assets.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and executive-level communications to inform strategic decisions.
• Integrate Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals, decisions, and ways of working.
