Job summary

Reyes Holdings is seeking a seasoned data analyst to translate large data sets into actionable business insights. You will build models and dashboards to guide supplier and retailer guidelines and support regional marketing teams.

This role emphasizes category management practices such as shelf planning, pricing analytics, and promotion analysis, plus strategic consumer/shopper analyses to identify opportunities and threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 6 to 8 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 9 to 11 plus years of specific experience
• Master's Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex data sets to address strategic and operational business questions
• Distills and communicates key insights across all levels of the organization
• Perform data analysis, build business models, and develop reports / dashboards to support supplier and retailer guidelines, including shelving guidance giving leverage to regional marketing teams for use by local sales teams
• Delivery of standard category management practices: shelf management, promotion planning/analysis, pricing analysis, and business development projects
• Responsible for supporting strategic planning by delivering forward-looking consumer/shopper analysis to increase our overall business through evaluating threats, implications, opportunities and making actionable recommendations
• Conduct supplier/brand analyses - including financials, pricing, profitability, and simulation models pertaining to market data to strategize business optimization, promotions, categories, pricing, forecasting, and planning
• Travel up to 15% of the time
• Other duties as assigned
