Job summary

Ohmega Ticer in Culver City, CA seeks an Inside Sales & Quotations Specialist to own the complete quote-to-order cycle, coordinate with engineering, operations and supply chain, and deliver accurate quotations while upholding pricing and policy guidelines.

The role emphasizes customer communication, timely order entry in Acumatica, export compliance screening under EAR, and ongoing opportunities to improve quoting speed and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of inside sales, customer service, estimating, or quotation experience.
• Experience supporting customers within electronics manufacturing, PCB fabrication, semiconductor, aerospace, defense, industrial manufacturing, or engineered products environments preferred.
• Strong proficiency with ERP and CRM platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end quote-to-order process from inquiry to order entry.
• Prepare accurate quotations by analyzing customer specs, drawings, terms, and requirements.
• Serve as the primary contact for pricing, product availability, lead times, order status, and technical coordination.
• Review purchase orders for accuracy and coordinate approvals for deviations as needed.
• Process customer sales orders in the ERP system with data integrity.
• Coordinate with Operations, Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain for material availability and schedules.
• Obtain pricing, lead times, and sourcing info from suppliers and partners for competitive quotes.
• Perform export compliance screening under EAR and company policies.
• Maintain records in the EDGE CRM to support pipeline management and forecasting.
• Partner with outside sales to develop opportunities and convert quotes.
• Follow up on quotations to maximize conversions and revenue.
• Analyze quotation trends and pricing strategies to improve competitiveness.
• Identify opportunities to improve quoting accuracy and efficiency.
