WorkWave is seeking an Account Manager to lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews, educate customers on the impact of solutions on business performance, and deliver product demonstrations. You will manage a sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting within Salesforce CRM.

Applicants should have 2+ years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and a Bachelor's degree. This inside sales role includes a salary range of $65,000 – $70,000 plus commission.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven success as a sales representative.
• Ability to act independently and handle issues simultaneously.
• Experience driving a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with customers.
• Educate customers on business performance impacts.
• Deliver product demonstrations and recommendations.
• Meet or exceed monthly recurring revenue targets.
• Generate new business using outreach efforts.
• Maintain sales pipeline and accurate deal tracking.
