Job summary

Mars is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Demand Leadership (SDL) – Innovation, to bridge commercial strategy, customer collaboration, and marketplace execution.

With a portfolio up to $800M NSV, you will drive go-to-market strategies, champion the voice of the customer, and deliver profitable launches across omni-channel environments, influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in CPG marketing, innovation, or demand planning.
• Experience leading commercialization and launches in a fast-paced CPG setting.
• Strong go-to-market and omni-channel execution experience.

Responsibilities

• Define innovation strategy with marketing, insights, and R&D.
• Lead omni-channel launch excellence and storytelling for key customers.
• Drive annual sales plan to achieve net sales and profit goals.
• Own AMPS strategy: Availability, Merchandising, Pricing, Space.
• Monitor trends, shopper behavior, and competitive actions to stay differentiated.
• Track innovation health and translate learnings into future programs.
• Forecast demand with finance to create reliable launch plans.
• Deliver volume, share, and profit targets while managing marketing budgets.
