Perseus Group seeks an Innovation Manager to identify and validate growth opportunities, build business cases, and lead commercialization across MAJIQ initiatives. You will work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales to transform opportunities into sustainable ventures.

The role is remote (US and CAN), with travel up to 40% and a base salary band of USD 135,000 to 165,000 per year. Strong strategic, financial, and leadership skills required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, CS, Operations, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in product management, business development, strategy, or related roles.
• Proven track record of bringing new products or businesses to market.
• Experience developing business cases, market analyses, and commercialization strategies.
• Strong financial and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to travel approximately 25–40%.

Responsibilities

• Identify strategic opportunities leveraging MAJIQ strengths and adjacent markets.
• Conduct customer discovery with existing customers, prospects and experts.
• Develop investment-ready business cases with market data and financials.
• Define MVP scope and guide commercialization with cross-functional teams.
• Lead venture ownership, monitor performance, and pivot when needed.
