Job summary

Dematic is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager to lead enterprise programs in the Mods and Upgrades unit. You will partner with executive leadership to design objectives, create roadmaps, and deliver measurable outcomes across multiple functions including Operations, Engineering, Product, Sales, and Finance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of project, program, or strategic initiative management experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs and business transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage executive stakeholders and drive decisions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Power BI, Excel, and presentation tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and business-unit strategic initiatives from concept through execution and value realization.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, budgets, and resource forecasts; monitor performance and risks.
• Coordinate across Operations, Engineering, Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and Customer Support.
• Support organizational change initiatives and develop stakeholder communication plans.
• Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and monitor budgets to ensure alignment with financial parameters.
• Provide executive-level updates, dashboards, and status reports to senior leadership.
