State of Connecticut, Office of the State Treasurer, seeks a Strategic Initiatives Program Manager (Executive Assistant 1) to provide organizational and project support. The role is full-time, based in Hartford, CT, and focuses on coordinating major initiatives such as CT Baby Bonds, the Safe Harbor Fund, and early childhood programs.

The successful candidate will manage meetings, communications, and vendor interactions, while handling sensitive information with discretion and delivering

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of professional experience.
• Bilingual preference and ability to work with diverse communities.
• Experience with government programs or public sector operations is a plus.

Mansioni

• Coordinate organizational, administrative, and project activities for OTT Strategic Initiatives.
• Manage advisory board and committee operations, including meetings and minutes.
• Support grant/application review processes and intake management for the Safe Harbor Fund.
• Oversee CT Baby Bonds CRM and coordinate with IT for updates and improvements.
• Update program websites and digital platforms for accuracy and usability.
• Facilitate MOUs and data-sharing agreements with partner state agencies.
