Dematic is seeking a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager within the Mods and Upgrades unit in the United States to lead cross-functional programs that drive transformation and operational excellence. You will partner with executives to define roadmaps, manage risks and deliver measurable business impact across multiple functions.

Reporting to the Vice President of Mods & Upgrades, the role demands strong PM skills, business acumen and a drive to progress into leadership within 18–24 months,

Qualifications

Experience leading strategic programs with measurable outcomes.
Ability to collaborate with executives and diverse teams.
A track record of driving transformation and value realization.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise and business-unit strategic initiatives from concept through execution and value realization.
Partner with executive leadership to define objectives, success criteria, outcomes and roadmaps.
Translate goals into actionable plans with milestones, resources and deliverables.
Ensure alignment between initiatives and organizational priorities.
Develop business cases and monitor ROI, budgets and benefits realization.
Provide concise updates to senior leadership on status and risk.
