Job summary

Dematic seeks a Strategic Initiatives Project Manager in the Mods and Upgrades unit in the United States. You will lead cross-functional programs, partner with executive leadership, and translate strategy into actionable plans across Operations, Engineering, Product Management, and Finance.

The role reports to the VP of Mods & Upgrades and offers an opportunity to move into a broader leadership position within 18–24 months, focusing on transformation, operational excellence, and measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of project, program, or strategic initiative management experience.
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional projects and business transformation initiatives.
• Experience with executive stakeholders and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise and business-unit strategic initiatives from concept through execution and value realization.
• Partner with executive leadership to define objectives, success criteria, outcomes, and roadmaps.
• Translate goals into actionable plans with milestones, resources, and deliverables.
• Ensure alignment between initiatives and organizational priorities.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Monitor performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans for on-time delivery.
