Job summary

Hydrogen Group seeks an experienced Project Manager / Operational Readiness Coordinator in Miami, FL for a 12-month contract. The role emphasizes coordination, reporting, and leadership-ready updates rather than hands-on testing.

You will manage multiple strategic initiatives, drive deliverables on time, and coordinate ORT activities with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and executive reporting skills are essential, along with JIRA and Power BI proficiency.

Qualifications

5+ years of project management or operational readiness experience.
Experience supporting large-scale initiatives or implementations.
Strong proficiency with JIRA and Power BI.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and track project deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
Proactively identify potential risks and issues and work with stakeholders to develop resolutions.
Facilitate communication across multiple stakeholder groups to keep objectives on track.
Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Prepare executive-level communications and reporting on status, risks, and decisions.
Coordinate Operational Readiness Testing activities and manage schedules and stakeholders.
Monitor readiness activities and follow up on outstanding items for timely completion.
Support implementation, cutover, and hypercare activities with stakeholder coordination.
Maintain project information in management tools and ensure data accuracy.
Utilize JIRA to track activities, issues, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain Power BI reporting/dashboards for visibility.
