Qualifications

• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client site in Miami, FL.
• Experience with project management or operational readiness (5+ years).
• Experience managing deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items.
• Experience with stakeholder management.
• Experience with PowerPoint presentation development.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Experience with Power BI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support large-scale strategic initiatives and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) activities.
• Drive deliverables to completion and coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Manage deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items proactively.
• Develop clear, leadership-ready reporting using Power BI and PowerPoint.
• Track and manage project tasks using JIRA while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
• Lead deliverables and cross-stakeholder coordination for ORT.
