Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and track project deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Proactively identify potential risks and issues and work with stakeholders to develop resolutions.
• Facilitate communication across multiple stakeholder groups to keep objectives on track.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, dashboards, and presentations.
• Prepare executive-level communications and reporting on status, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate Operational Readiness Testing activities and manage schedules and stakeholders.
• Monitor readiness activities and follow up on outstanding items for timely completion.
• Support implementation, cutover, and hypercare activities with stakeholder coordination.
• Maintain project information in management tools and ensure data accuracy.
• Utilize JIRA to track activities, issues, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reporting/dashboards for visibility.

PROJECT MANAGER / OPERATIONAL READINESS COORDINATOR

LOCATION: Miami, FL

SCHEDULE:

DURATION: 12-Month Contract

PAY: $32-37/hr

Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will manage and coordinate large-scale strategic initiatives and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT) activities. This is a project management and operational readiness role, with a focus on coordination, stakeholder alignment, reporting, and delivery rather than hands-on testing.

Key responsibilities include

• Managing and coordinating multiple strategic initiatives and operational readiness activities.
• Driving project deliverables to completion accurately and on schedule.
• Coordinating ORT activities and ensuring readiness efforts are executed with a high degree of quality and attention to detail.
• Managing project risks, issues, dependencies, action items, and deliverables.
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholder groups to maintain alignment, accountability, and progress.
• Preparing clear, concise, and leadership-ready reporting and presentations.
• Supporting large-scale implementations, readiness activities, cutover, and hypercare efforts as needed.

Essential Duties and Job Functions

• Coordinate and track project deliverables, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items.
• Proactively identify potential risks and issues and work with stakeholders to develop and implement appropriate resolutions.
• Facilitate communication and coordination across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure project objectives and deliverables remain on track.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, dashboards, presentations, and other project documentation.
• Prepare executive-level communications and reporting that clearly communicate project status, risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions.
• Coordinate Operational Readiness Testing activities, ensuring schedules, deliverables, stakeholders, and action items are effectively managed.
• Monitor readiness activities and proactively follow up on outstanding items to ensure timely completion.
• Support implementation, cutover, and hypercare activities, including coordination of key deliverables and stakeholder communications.
• Maintain accurate project information and reporting within applicable project management tools.
• Utilize JIRA to track project activities, action items, issues, and deliverables.
• Develop and maintain Power BI reporting and dashboards to support project visibility and leadership decision-making.
• Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for project updates, executive reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders to maintain accountability and ensure commitments are met.
• Work independently to drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision.
• Maintain a high degree of organization and attention to detail across multiple concurrent priorities.

Education & Experience

• 5+ years of project management, operational readiness, or related experience.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale strategic initiatives or implementations.
• Experience with operational readiness, cutover, hypercare, or similar readiness activities preferred.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and stakeholder groups.
• Experience developing executive-level presentations and project reporting.
• Experience with JIRA and Power BI strongly preferred.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
• Project management certification such as PMP or equivalent is a plus.
