Job summary

Texas A&M University-Central Texas seeks a Manager of Strategic Initiatives and Planning to lead analytical efforts across Enrollment Management and Student Affairs on campus in Killeen, TX. You will manage strategic projects, grants, and continuous improvement across the division, reporting to the AVP of Enrollment Management and Student Affairs.

The role requires strong data analysis, governance, and interpersonal skills to partner with multiple offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years of related experience.
• Proven project and grant management experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees project and grant management including planning, monitoring, reporting, and recommendations to division leadership.
• Supports development and assessment of Strategic Enrollment Plan and continuous improvements.
• Produces reports and dashboards to evaluate program effectiveness and drive decisions.
• Supervises personnel and manages department budgets and grant funds.
• Collaborates with division leadership and stakeholders to ensure workflow optimization and transparency.
