Job summary

Verizon seeks a Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives & Business Operations within the Consumer Group. You will partner with senior leaders to identify friction, design scalable, AI-enabled solutions, and drive initiatives that impact growth.

The role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, data-driven storytelling, and governance across multiple portfolios. You will translate complex data into clear business cases, align VP priorities, and promote modern operational methodologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or six or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.
Six or more years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects within an enterprise environment.
Collaborating with sales, marketing, executive, and technical stakeholders in a large enterprise.
Storytelling that stitches data into actionable insights.
Experience creating polished presentations for leadership.
Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools.
Experience using AI platforms to automate processes.
Experience using Gemini and Notebook LM.
Willingness to travel occasionally <25%.

Responsibilities

Provide executive advisory and strategic influence across Loyalty, Wholesale, and AI Analytics portfolios.
Design and implement autonomous, AI-enabled processes to increase efficiency.
Drive cross-functional governance and resolve bottlenecks.
Own lifecycle of strategic initiatives with KPIs and cadence for value realization.
Craft data-driven executive narratives and business reviews.
Mentor teams and promote data-driven decision making.
