Verizon is seeking a Senior Manager of Strategic Initiatives & Business Operations within the Consumer Group's Base Management, AI Analytics, and Wholesale Executive Operations to drive strategic initiatives and improve operational efficiency.

You will partner with Vice Presidents and cross-functional leaders to turn data into actionable business cases, scope initiatives, and implement AI-enabled processes that scale across the enterprise.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or six+ years of relevant work experience.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects within a large enterprise environment.
• Experience communicating with senior leadership using data-backed insights and polished presentations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic advisory to SVP and VPs on priorities, trade-offs, and initiative feasibility.
• Design scalable processes and AI-enabled automations to accelerate execution.
• Drive cross-functional governance, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure accountability toward enterprise goals.
• Own the lifecycle of high-impact strategic initiatives from concept to value realization with KPI tracking.
• Develop clear, data-driven executive narratives and reviews for leadership and stakeholders.
• Foster a culture of innovation and data-backed decision-making across the business.
