Reporting to the Director of Government Affairs, this role leads special projects, manages grant-funded initiatives, and drives master planning efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5 years of progressively responsible program/project management experience.
• Experience in water/wastewater utilities or public sector preferred.
• Experience administering federal, state, or local grants.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional/intergovernmental initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee strategic initiatives and utility programs.
• Manage grant-funded and externally funded projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across departments and stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and status updates for boards and agencies.
• Monitor progress, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements.
• Lead staff and develop performance of assigned team.
