Job summary

The Grand Strand Water and Sewer Authority (GSWSA) is seeking an experienced Capital Projects Manager to lead planning, development, and execution of critical infrastructure investments in Conway, SC. This role oversees the Capital Improvement Plan from concept through construction, including design, permitting, procurement, budgeting, and project delivery with internal and external stakeholders.

A Professional Engineer license in SC is strongly preferred; NC is optional.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in civil/Environmental engineering, construction management, or related field.
• 4+ years in capital projects or construction management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Capital Improvements Plan from concept through construction.
