Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in civil or mechanical engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) license preferred; must possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Manage and assist BJWSA land development or capital improvement projects; coordinate with Federal & State agencies.
• Prepare, submit and review project documents including status reports, plans, specs, technical reports and purchase orders.
• Represent the Authority at public committee meetings and with governmental agencies.
• Maintain up-to-date files and technical manuals; support mapping and grant-funded projects as required.
• Interact professionally with customers, vendors and suppliers.
• Operate office equipment and related machinery as needed.
• Perform other duties within scope of responsibility.
