Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives across clinical, operational, quality, and digital domains.
• Analyze clinical, operational, financial, and digital performance data to identify insights and opportunities.
• Partner with clinical, operational, quality, and digital/IT teams to define requirements and drive alignment.
• Evaluate and manage external partners and engagements to ensure delivery against objectives.
• Support implementation of digital and operational solutions, including workflow design and pilots.
• Translate strategy into execution by defining KPIs and tracking progress.
• Identify opportunities to improve care delivery, efficiency, and digital enablement.
• Ensure adherence to policies and standards within budget and time constraints.
