The Strategic Initiatives Manager will lead cross-organizational strategic efforts to support the growth of CRC Group. This role involves managing mergers and acquisitions (M&A), divestitures, and other large-scale change initiatives across CRC Group and its lines of business (LOBs). The successful candidate will drive strategic projects from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
