ProShares seeks a seasoned, business-oriented leader to drive high-impact, cross-functional programs aligned with the firm’s growth agenda. The role partners with senior executives across product, distribution, marketing, and operations to identify opportunities, remove barriers, and deliver meaningful results.

The ideal candidate will lead complex programs from concept to execution, working with senior stakeholders in a dynamic asset management environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree preferred.
• 10-12+ years of relevant experience in asset management or financial services.
• Proven success leading large, complex programs with cross-functional scope.
• Familiarity with ETFs, mutual funds, or other investment vehicles preferred.
• Experience working with executive leadership and influencing senior stakeholders across departments.

Aufgaben

• Lead end-to-end execution of non-technology business initiatives such as go-to-market strategy rollouts and distribution optimization.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior leadership guiding cross-functional teams.
• Clarify ambiguous challenges and define objectives with actionable execution plans.
• Provide structure and alignment in fast-moving environments, managing scope, timeline, and risk.
• Communicate progress and risk to executives and steering committees for transparency.
• Apply agile principles and pragmatic project management tools to tailor approaches by initiative size.
• Address roadblocks by building consensus and fostering urgency and action.
• Leverage consulting frameworks to support strategy development, process redesign, and operating model creation.
• Promote ownership and accountability for delivery timelines and program success.
• Encourage transparency, collaboration, and high standards across teams.
