Job summary

Biz2Credit is seeking an exceptionally analytical Strategic Initiatives Associate to sit within the Office of the CEO, driving cross-functional alignment across executive leadership, Partnerships, and Product. This role bridges high-level directives with day-to-day execution, structuring leadership directives and guiding post-onboarding client experiences for Biz2X enterprise partners.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or fintech product

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic operations, or tech/fintech product operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or analytical field; MBA a plus.
• Proven ability to break down complex problems, analyze data, and communicate tradeoffs clearly to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support CEO in preparing for strategic discussions and tracking executive deliverables.
• Collaborate with Partnerships to sharpen GTM client targeting and onboarding strategies.
• Translate client feedback into functional product requirements for engineering and design teams.
• Track strategic initiatives across Product, Risk, Engineering, Partnerships to stay on schedule.
• Build decision matrices and executive dashboards for C-suite decision-making.
