Job summary

Zebra Technologies is seeking a Manager, Corporate Strategy to lead high-impact strategic initiatives with the internal consulting team. You will own projects end-to-end, framing problems, shaping approaches, and presenting recommendations to senior leadership for execution.

This role offers high exposure to Zebra's Executive Leadership Team and the chance to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree required. MBA preferred.
12+ years of professional experience or 2+ years in a top-tier consulting firm and 6+ years of related experience including an MBA.

Responsibilities

Drives day-to-day project planning, preparation, and execution on strategic initiatives, breaking down complex business problems into manageable action plans.
Leads project teams comprised of stakeholders from different parts of our organization.
Routinely interfaces with and acts as a thought partner to executives and partners throughout Zebra.
Coaches/mentors junior team members assigned to your projects.
Ensures all cross-functional team members meet deadlines through clear communication and proactive coordination.
Tracks success metrics for active projects and provides regular updates to executive leadership.
Supports planning and execution for corporate strategy workshops and events.
Examples include determining entry points for new markets, accelerating growth in priority markets, and redesigning internal processes to drive growth.
