  • Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
  • 1–2 years' experience managing projects, programs, events, or operational initiatives.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with MS Office, Google Drive, Dropbox, Canva, and OneNote.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of strategic initiatives supporting FCVC priorities.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple stakeholder groups to ensure alignment and timely completion of objectives.
  • Prepare project materials, presentations, summaries, and recommendations for leadership review.
  • Track outcomes and evaluate effectiveness of assigned initiatives.
  • Manage operational planning and execution for advisory boards, donor engagement activities, and special stakeholder initiatives.
  • Develop event timelines, implementation plans, communication strategies, and operational workflows.
