Job summary

Trident Seafoods is seeking a Direct Procurement Manager for Ingredients to lead strategy, sourcing, and supplier relationships. You will work with Operations, R&D, Legal, Finance, Quality and Procurement teams to optimize costs, drive innovation, and ensure quality across our ingredient categories.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in procurement or supply chain, a technical or business degree, and strong negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in technical/business field.
• 7+ years procurement or supply chain experience; 5+ years with Master's degree.
• MBA/Master's preferred for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and category management for ingredients.
• Manage supplier relationships and conduct reviews.
• Negotiate contracts and lead RFPs with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Marketing and other units.
• Develop multi-year category vision and strategy.
