Job summary

Redhorse Corporation is seeking a Senior Strategic Infrastructure Protection Analyst to drive the AF/A4C SIP and enterprise resilience across DoD installations worldwide. You will partner with senior leaders to develop policy, governance, and decision-support products that ensure critical infrastructure survivability in contested environments.

The role requires guiding cross-agency coordination, creating strategic plans, and delivering executive-ready briefings.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university.
• 10+ years of professional experience supporting Air Force or DoD programs.
• Policy & Strategy: experience analyzing guidance to develop enterprise roadmaps.
• Domain Expertise: experience with installation resilience and critical asset protection.
• Analytical Capabilities: able to perform risk analyses and capability assessments.
• Communication: strong written and verbal skills for executive briefings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate AF/A4C SIP execution across infrastructure protection and resilience.
• Collaborate with HQ Air Force, AFCEC, AFIMSC, MAJCOMs, and Combatant Commands on policy development.
• Create Plans of Action and Milestones, roadmaps, metrics, dashboards, and governance artifacts.
• Perform readiness assessments, vulnerability evaluations, and business-case analyses for investments and risk decisions.
• Develop policy guidance for installation cyber readiness, ICS resilience, and smart-building tech.
• Support workforce initiatives, training gap analyses, and operational guidance for repair and recovery.
• Research emerging technologies and best practices to modernize installation protection programs.
• Facilitate governance boards and executive briefings with GO/SES leadership.
