Job summary

Versar Global Solutions seeks a Senior Infrastructure Protection Analyst to advance AF/A4C strategic initiatives. You will coordinate across DoD stakeholders to harden and secure critical infrastructure, develop strategic plans, and deliver executive-ready products.

The role requires a TS/SCI clearance, 10+ years of relevant DoD experience, and strong English communication. Expect a hybrid work arrangement with on-site Pentagon presence three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 10+ years supporting DoD/AF programs focused on installation resilience and protection.
• Ability to analyze DoD policies and provide practical improvements and solutions.
• Experience with infrastructure protection, resilience, and mission assurance initiatives.
• Experience developing strategic plans, governance frameworks, and roadmaps.
• Experience conducting program assessments and risk analyses for leadership decisions.
• Strong policy application for project requirements, programming, and execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; English proficiency required.
• Top Secret/SCI clearance and ability to pass preemployment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate on Infrastructure Protection strategic initiatives under AF/A4C oversight.
• Support objectives related to hardening, cyber resilience, CCD, and sensor modernization; monitor milestones and risks.
• Develop POA&Ms, roadmaps, performance measures, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Engage with multiple DoD organizations to align policy, standards, and governance for installation resilience.
• Perform program analyses evaluating readiness, vulnerabilities, and strategic initiative performance.
• Contribute to cyber readiness policy and guidance; support training and personnel development.
