Job summary

Redhorse Corporation seeks a Senior Strategic Infrastructure Protection Analyst to advance DoD and Air Force installation protection programs. You will coordinate across a wide network of commands to develop policy, governance, and decision-support materials for critical infrastructure resilience.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, vulnerability assessments, and modernization efforts to ensure mission assurance in contested environments. A TS/SCI clearance and DoD experience are required.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing DoD policies and guidance to develop enterprise roadmaps.
• Expertise in installation resilience, protection, and mission assurance programs.
• Strong ability to perform risk analyses and readiness evaluations for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the AF/A4C SIP across infrastructure protection, resilience, hardening, asset protection, and sensor modernization.
• Coordinate with HQ USAF, AFCEC, AFIMSC, MAJCOMs, Combatant Commands, and installation leadership to implement strategic policies.
• Develop Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), strategic roadmaps, performance metrics, governance artifacts, dashboards, and decision-support materials.
• Conduct program and readiness assessments, vulnerability evaluations, trend analyses, and business cases to inform investments and risk decisions.
• Assist in policy guidance for installation cyber readiness, ICS resilience, smart-building sensors, and centralized facility monitoring.
• Support workforce development, training gaps, and operational guidance for critical infrastructure repair and recovery.
• Research emerging technologies and threat-informed design to modernize installation protection programs.
• Facilitate governance boards and planning sessions; produce executive summaries and GO/SES briefings.
